One key feature of the N47D20T1 engine is the twin staged turbo setup that includes a VNT unit as high pressure turbo. It also uses Piezo-injectors that operate at rail pressures up to 2000bar.
With a power output of 218hp & 450Nm (332ft-lb) this N47 variant is the most powerful BMW released. Mated with the ZF 8HP or a manual transmission makes the car drive good at all times, and even better with the DITUPA tuning applied.

The DITUPA-App supports tuning engine- and gearbox-control-modules.
